If Your Company Portal appears to display incorrectly, i.e., if the layout of a screen appears to be broken, this may be the result of Internet Explorer automatically adding yourcompanyportal.com to it’s ‘Compatibility view list’

Remove Your Company Portal from the compatibility view list:

  • In the browser, click on the Cog icon, beneath the X (close button)
  • Click Compatibility View Settings
  • There will then be a box labelled ‘Websites you’ve added to compatibility view’, and JustAccounts will probably be in this box.
  • Select JustAccounts and remove this from the box.
  • Close this box and the screen should then re-load and appear correctly.
