I wanted to highlight the importance of the ‘Save and Email’ function when logging time worked (generating an invoice) in Your Company Portal.

When generating an invoice in Your Company Portal there are two options at the end of the process:

∙ ‘Save’ stores your invoice on your portal – this function allows you to save and review your invoice before sending

∙ ‘Save and Email’ stores your invoice on your portal and sends it to your agency/end-client

To date, we have been reviewing your invoices and clicking ‘Save and Email’ on your behalf if you have only clicked ‘Save’.

Going forward, your agency or end-client will not receive your invoice if you don’t click ‘Save and Email’.
